My Alien Buddy (DLC for Playroom PS4) | Double Fine Productions | Technical Artist | 2013
This project was challenging in the most classic way: we were working on early PS4 devkits, and engine documentation was… let’s call it aspirational.
I handled modeling, rigging, and animation for the main Alien character and the UFO, and I also scripted the intro sequence in Lua, wiring up the beats so everything hit the right timing and felt polished.
It was a crash course in making things work when the platform is brand new and the rulebook is still being written. Tough project, great experience.
